Who Has Doubts?

So, the market hasn't crashed - some (on the left) thought this was all a big scare - others argue we can't make policy based on the market fluctuations. I know, I hear it. . . the world won't end, but for anyone who understands a little about the financial system (hello - we live in an interdependent world these days, trade, communication, economy, etc.) knows that something is awry and should be dealt with. . . if you need further proof - the Economist just re-printed its archived reporting of the Stock Market Crash of '29.
