Off Shore Drilling Vote

(via Syd O) The House passed it. Essentially I hear this - Pelosi caved to the extent that they threw in a bunch of regs so that they could show the GOP wasn't reasonable on this and was really in Big Oil's hip pocket ... that GOP wanted it carte blanche. Also, there's no way the companies can actually drill in time.
