DHS scrapping enviro regulations for a border fence ... the failed bicameralism requirement in the FY05 budget ... the 1st Amendment rights of a Representative to dispense an embarrasing Newt Gingrich phone call ... the rights of dying patients to get drugs not approved by the FDA ... defining the scope of emminent domain after Kelo ... and whether mulit-national companies could be held complicit in S. African aparteid.
