Anyone catch the front page article in Westword ("Pot Luck") this month on the owner of 8 Rivers Jamaican restaurant putting on classes on cooking with pot? Turns out you can infuse butter, oil, and alcohol with ganja and then use it as an ingredient in your favorite dish. Classes are like $20 and open to anyone (except you need a medical marijuana card to sample). I can just see it: the chef making all this gourmet food being made with pot - the curry, the sativa soup, etc. ... and then after dinner the chef's on the phone ordering Little Caesar's $5 PIZZA PIZZA!
