The Man Turns Around

I'm no fan of Christopher Hitchens - for many reasons, mostly b/c he's been a right-of-center guy who likes to talk like Wm. F. Buckley and usually doesn't blow me away with insight (although I do commend him for being waterboarded). Anyway - he's now advocating for Obama. A good piece. The funny thing is that McPain has had a horrible time keeping the GOP coalition together because he's been inconsistent. He lost the base w/ his maverick appeal, lost the intellecutal republicans with his base appeal ... it's a constant seesaw. Now you're seeing more of the GOP intellectuals backing off of McCain...
