Flashback

When you hear Republicans talking about how surprised and aghast they are at the political process churning its way toward a Heath Care bill, it may be useful to remember the Medicare Part D bill from November 2003. I was there - and I don't remember the GOP too worried about niceties when it came to passing their top legislative priority. . . and, to wit, a big government increasing, unpaidfor, corporate givaway at that!
