Biden's Muzzle

I have always thought that Biden's reputation for gaffes makes it more likely that anytime he says something sort of off color the press jumps on it as a gaffe. It's a self-fulfilling prophesy. But - as Milbank explains - the Obama campaign sure has done a nice job of making sure Biden sticks to the script.
