Conservatives Love Hillary

Ok. Do you guys think Obama should have picked Hillary? I still think "hell no." Fred Barnes at NRO obviously thinks Obama should have picked her (as Chris Matthews describes the GOP "Hillary love": crocodile tears). Here's the thing - I skimmed his article - and he's wrong. There are always unintended consequences. Assuming HRC was the pick, the GOP would have been mobilized just as much as they currently are by the Palin pick. And I think that Biden does balance the ticket and will offer a heck of a contrast with the other VP. In any event - I love how the Republicans all of a sudden are huge Clinton fans.
